I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming stone house in Istria. The hosts, Franz and Antonella, were incredibly helpful and made my experience unforgettable. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside, whether it be cycling along the Parenzana trail or visiting nearby villages like Motovun and Groznjan. The hotel itself was a cozy retreat, surrounded by lush gardens and Mediterranean herbs. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the basic amenities, including air conditioning. Breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

This quaint B&B was a perfect getaway spot for our city break. It was a quiet location, nestled in the hills and surrounded by lush Mediterranean herbs. the newly renovated old house was beautifully designed and had a lovely garden where we enjoyed our breakfast. the breakfast selection was amazing, including a variety of fruits, breads, yoghurt, and even scrambled eggs. the best parts were the fact that gluten-free wasn't a problem and the friendly staff who made us feel at home.

The lack of Wi-Fi and a bigger TV were a bit disappointing. We also felt that the room was a bit small, but it was still cozy and clean.

One thing that could have been improved was the presence of mosquitoes in the room, which could have been deterred with a simple zapper. the room itself was quite small and lacked certain amenities that would have been expected at this price point.
